Healthy eating, for me, is the hardest during the morning. Finding something that tastes good, is quick and will sustain me until lunch is extremely difficult to me.
This morning I attempted to do just that but in a healthy way.
I made breakfast for myself and my boyfriend this morning. I made us 2 strips I bacon each, 2 pieces of toast, 2 poached eggs, cottage cheese and watermelon.
It was a delicious breakfast that sustained us until lunch and even then we had a small lunch because we weren’t that hungry.
Andrew did not like the cottage cheese so much, I wot give him that again haha
He also doesn’t like poached eggs (but he are them! And that’s what matters! Haha)
All in all it was a great breakfast that I will definitely make again!
