Well it’s been on and off the past little bit with personal life issues and school and work! But trying to stay with it as best as we can!
Tonight I stuck with the usual cooked veggies because those seem to be a house favorite 🙂
we also had quinoa, just boiled down with some chicken soup base for flavor…
Then I cooked up 3 large shrimp on the bbq as well as a chicken breast each with mozzarella cheese and cooked mushrooms and onions to top it…
Of course drank water as our beverage and it was so filling I kept half of my chicken Breast for tomorrow!
